With a background in finance and 15 years' experience in the food industry, I wanted to set up my own chain of restaurants.  I started out as a franchisee before deciding to set up my own restaurant chain. That's why we created Jub Jub.

Business oriented and care about details, I make things happen quickly, well and that all the processes are reliable. Which most of the time leads me to manage process review and automation projects.
